SAVE THE DATE: Technical Workshop – Milan

On May 8th and 9th, 2025, a Technical Workshop, organized by ASSTRA and Ecopneus, with the contribution of Vie en.ro.se. Ingegneria, will be held in Milan. The event is divided into two days full of presentations and discussions on current topics regarding the use of recycled rubber for acoustic remediation and the results achieved so far in the project.

The afternoon session on May 8th, titled "RECYCLED RUBBER AND ACOUSTIC REMEDIATION: SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS BETWEEN PROJECTS, EXPERIENCES, AND CASE STUDIES," will delve into the topic of recycled rubber, with experiences from various European projects and industry experts.

The morning session on May 9th, titled "THE LIFE SNEAK PROJECT: COMBINED INTERVENTIONS FOR THE REDUCTION OF NOISE AND VIBRATIONS IN URBAN CONTEXTS," will focus on the results obtained from the LIFE SNEAK project. Specifically, after a general presentation of the objectives and a brief analysis of the state of the art of the project topics, new solutions regarding pavement for noise and vibration mitigation and bogie skirts will be presented, as well as the results of post-operam noise and vibration measurement campaigns both indoors and outdoors. The session will conclude with the presentation of the project's dissemination and communication activities.
